School Camps

The College provides opportunities for compulsory and optional programs to build confidence, resilience, teamwork and a sense of achievement in our students.

Year 7

At the start of Term 1, all students attend the camp at Camp Rumbug, Foster.

Year 8

At the start of Term 2, all students attend the camp at Somers on the Mornington Peninsula.

Year 9

All Year 9 students participate in an outdoor education camp at either Lake Eildon National Park, or the Cathedral Ranges, where they camp in tents and participate in a range of activities from bushwalking, mountain biking, camp cooking and an overnight hike.

Central Australia Camp - every second year - available to students in Years 9 - 10

Great Victorian Bike Ride - every second year - available to students in Years 9 - 12

Iona Presentation College, Perth, Exchange - available to Year 10 students

NASA Space Camp, USA - available to students in Years 9 - 11 students

NEAA Student Conference - available to Year 10 students

Performing Arts Camp - various locations - Music School & Irish Dancing students

Presentation Student Conference - every second year, available to Year 10 students

Red Earth Immersion - remote Indigenous Community - available to Year 10 students

Ski camp at Mt Buller - every second year - available to students in Years 9 - 12

Study tours to China and New York - related to the students' subjects

Vietnam immersion program - every second year - available to Years 10 & 11

Woollangarra Challenge Camp - available to Year 10 students

LANGUAGES: students studying German, Italian and Japanese in Years 10 & 11 also have the opportunity to attend exchange or immersion programs.
